HOW TO CATCH INVISIBLE GOLF BALLS IN A PAPER BAG
Here are the basic steps to mastering the art of CATCHING INVISIBLE GOLF BALLS IN A PAPER BAG
- Get an ordinary brown lunch bag. Fold the top edge down to make a one inch collar.
- Hold the bag by slipping your index finger, ring finger and little finger inside the bag with your middle finger on the outside. Pull the edge of the bag up so that it is snug against the crutch of your fingers.
- Cock your middle finger with your thumb and be ready to release the finger so that it snaps against the side of the bag to make a nice loud sound when you "catch" the golf ball.
- Take an invisible golf ball out of your pocket. Hold the ball with your fingers curled lightly around it. Remember the Razzle Dazzle... show the ball, talk about it...
- Throw the ball up, and follow it with your eyes as it sails in a smooth arc just above your head and down to land in the bag.
- When the ball "hits" the bag, release your finger and snap it against the bag to make the sound. Also drop the bag slightly and give it a bit of a shake. Remember that a golf ball is actually pretty heavy.
- It is VERY IMPORTANT that before you go to perform the trick a second time, that you take the golf ball OUT of the bag.
- Practice.
